Territory
The Euregio Meuse-Rhine is made up of five regions from three Member States:
- The South of the Province of Limburg (NL)
- The Regio Aachen (D) - an association which brings together the Town of Aix-la-Chapelle and the districts of Aix-la-Chapelle, Düren, Euskirchen and Heinsberg
- The Province of Limburg (B)
- The Province of Liège (B)
- The German-speaking Community of Belgium (B)
The eligible territory of the INTERREG programme
All five regions that make up the Euregio are eligible for the INTERREG programme.
In addition, 2 adjoining German areas (Kreis Bitburg-Prüm and Kreis Daun, in the Trier region) are eligible to the INTERREG III programme of the Euregio Meuse-Rhine.
